Spectrum are a company that keeps us surprised and excited for what they release next. In a world of make -up they gave us exciting brushes that shine with style. Not only are their brushes Vegan friendly they last for ages! The Zodiac Collection comes with a set of brushes in a bag. The bags have your zodiac sign and are rich velvet and they are as soft as the brushes are. These  are a joy to use. We like using the foundation brush which we can smooth on and buff the foundation. The B08 is a game changer for applying highlighter. This collection comes in choices of : Air, Earth, Fire & Water star signs. Ariana Grande has already taken the world by storm. We thought we would show you the other perfumes she has available before the launch of “Thank U, Next” in the U.K. When Ari brought out her first perfume “Ari” it reminded us of the perfume Angel but more subtle. The clear glass bottle with a white pom pom was cute and smelled lovely. Her second perfume “Sweet Like Candy” was a glorious mix of peaches, marshmallow and flowers. We don’t usually like overly sweet perfumes but this always gives us a cheery scent to tackle the day ahead. Sweet like Candy is in a pink bottle with a pink pompom. The Pom poms from her bottles I’ve attached to my youngest daughters school bag  and pencil cases for school. Just as we got relaxed between the two perfumes Ari launched “Moonlight” perfume. Yesterday we came across Radox foam Shower & Shave online. Curious, Julia took herself to ASDA and bought the three scents available. Julia used this last night and loved it! This morning I used it and quite frankly I thought it was a gimmick. I was wrong! These scents leave such a fruity scent. Our legs are left very smooth and silky. What’s great is you can use the foam to wash with too. You don’t need an extra bottle in the shower or bath. These are ideal for traveling with. What we love about this also foam is it does genuinely moisture the legs. We didn’t get dry skin after shaving. This genius combination of scent, moisturising the skin means this product will now be a favourite in our bathroom.The only problem is deciding which scent to use!

I absolutely love this eyeshadow palette from Primark Beauty - best collaboration ever with Aladdin’s Disney. The colours are very pigmented and match the making it worth every penny Primark have so many amazing items from Disney. Well worth a visit! Only downside is the Disney’s Primark range of beauty and home products is addictive.  I will be back as I want it all! - Julia 

The BeauTies at Spectrum sent us this beautiful Minnie Mouse Polka Dot pouch set to review. We are  absolutely stunned at how beautiful this brush set is. The bright pastel brushes are packed inside a Disney pink drawstring bag. Inside the drawstring bag, is a beautiful Pink bag with ombré coloured foil dots. We have been massive fans and of Spectrum since we came across them online. We own the  Burn Book set (review is on this blog) and when we thought we knew what each brush does they released this set with different brush style. The A24 brush for eyebrows is a game changer. It’s double sided and one is a brush to tidy your eyebrows/ lashes and other end is an angled brush. These brushes are super soft and feel amazing when applying eyeshadow/ blusher / highlighter/ brow/ foundation. I am slightly obsessed with Brooklyn Nine-Nine on Netflix and Melissa Fumero’s make up. I stay away from dark make up usually as I look gothic with my dark hair and features with my pale skin. However I noticed her dark eyes really stood out with the browns which I’ve never thought of doing. I used my HUDA Desert Dusk eyeshadow palette. They have a range of colours and I used the browns for the first time. Here is what I used for the above. I discovered Crystalight Candles last year when our friend, Carol, gifted a beautiful white candle in  the scent “Snow Fairy & Opal Light.” The candle looked so beautiful and it came with Angel wings too. This is by far the most beautiful candle I’ve ever seen. The company is local and the lady who makes them, Emily Simanavicius, uses soy wax rather than Paraffin Wax which is now considered to be toxic. Soy wax burns up to three times longer than paraffin wax. Emily also thought about these products in depth and not only chose the soy wax but all her ingredients are ethically sourced. Nothing has been tested on animals and are paraben free. Emily is also a qualified Make-up artist and Beauty Therapist. Her talents in this field shine through as these candles are so beautiful. Sometimes a product is discovered that surprises us. This is one of those products. I kept forgetting to pick a toner up when out shopping and so Julia picked this one up for me from ASDA. My skin felt a mix of dry and oily. This is just £1 from ASDA. I wasn’t expecting much to be honest as I assumed due to the price that it wouldn’t give the result I wanted. I was wrong! This toner balanced my skin and made it feel calm, refreshed and like new. Furthermore this product has Pro-Vitamin B5, Aloe Vera. My pores tightened and it’s fragrance, alcohol and colour free. This is an instant hit. I’m curious if ASDA do more in this range as it’s easily the best toner I’ve ever tried. Next time you go shopping in ASDA definitely pick this up. 

We discovered through our friend Sam on Instagram a wonderful company that makes fudge. This company was started by a woman called Claire. What The Fudge social media pages are what I'd imagine them to look like, if Willy Wonka got hold of a fudge factory to make dreamy treats that you could only dream of. Claire has imagined and created fudge in all sorts of scrumptious ways for us to enjoy. The fudge is the best we have ever tasted. It's texture is creamy and not hard or gritty. It melts in the mouth. What The Fudge has featured in VOGUE, TATLER and HOUSE Of COCO. This year What The Fudge won the Great Taste Award Winner 2019. In fact this company only seems to be going from strength to strength. Glossy Box is one of the favourite beauty boxes I’ve used. Their famous pink box that arrives every month never contains repeated products so every month is a surprise. Spectrum arrived in our lives when we needed them the most. In a world of dull make-up brushes that sometimes felt like a chore when applying make up, two sisters took the world by storm by creating their own brush company, in Wales. In fact they have SO many beautiful unique brushes that I fell in love with them all. This Mean Girls brush set arrived for my Christmas. My girls have good taste! Each brush is design to paint your lids in the shades you want without scratching them or leaving tiny brush hairs everywhere. The Mean Girls set was designed on the Mean Girls movie which was a favourite of mine and now my girls love it. This Burn Book design is fun and the colours make me feel special applying my make up. L'Oréal Sent me this    Glow Chérie which is a stunning liquid highlighter. I've tried many liquid highlighters before. Some have been far too runny and when applied, they run on the skin and do not apply well. This is genius. This is like a cream so its slightly thicker than a cheaper watery version. This isn't glittery and just gives a glow. I apply highlighter to the cupids bow above the lip to give a natural pout. Also I add it to my cheekbones up to my eye. Perfect. This has proven so popular with the public that two Boots stores that I went into sold out! This is a must-have product.

Hello, it's Collette here. This year for my birthday I wanted to add some colour to my room. My daughters bought me this bedding and its my favourite bedding of all time. It is so soft and i've had the best nights sleep in it since. I wanted to add blush pink to my room and this was perfect.Its subtle pink and gives the room a cosy & calm feel to it.

Hi, it's Julia here, I wanted to post a photo of my favourite clothes to work out in. My ultimate goal is to be comfortable when I go jogging or doing Yoga. Calvin Klein have some stylish sports clothes that make me feel confident when i'm wearing them. The crop top is very comfortable to wear and the soft cotton jogging bottoms and hooded top are great for covering up.The clothes fit well and move with me moving which is lovely. Also they wash brilliantly. I need more of these in my life.#Fitnessgoals #Stylish

Ted Baker has always been a firm favourite in our house. We currently went to Boots and found lots of the new Ted Baker range. Julia got the White glass container which has bath petals in for Christmas 2018. Julia chose the white body spray in "Floral Bliss" which she loved. It's a light fragrance and perfect to wear during the day or a quick spritz before bed to refresh.The range is very pretty too and available now.
